At an altitude of 1200 meters, you can enjoy your time in our brand new holiday home, feel at home and listen to nature. Please treat nature, the house and the facilities with care so that this special place can be preserved for a long time to come.

In just 7 minutes you can reach one of our absolute favorite places. Below the house you go left to the edge of the forest, where a small path leads through the forest. This place is particularly magical at dusk, when nature is bathed in a magical light. The area is also suitable for jogging. From here you also have numerous opportunities to take further walks and hikes and experience the beauty of the surroundings even more intensely.
FAIRY TOUR
The witch's house is only 5 minutes away. Below the house, turn right to the edge of the forest. At the bottom, a small path leads through the forest to a road where you will find the house on the left. You can even enter it and enjoy the fairytale atmosphere. The house of the seven little goats is about 10 minutes from the house in the direction of the stone circles above the house. Our little ones love to discover this special place and immerse themselves in the world of fairytales.
PICNIC AT MOTTAKOPF
Just a 25-minute walk and you'll reach the most beautiful meadow in the Brandnertal. Above the meadow you'll find viewing benches that are perfect for a snack and relaxing. It's our absolute favorite place for a picnic - enjoy the nature and the peace and quiet! From here you can continue your hike towards Neunzig, Bürserberg or Mondspitze and other destinations. An ideal starting point for even more nature experiences!
RESTAURANT DUNZA
Just 10 minutes away, you will find a wonderfully good restaurant with regional organic products from the Alps. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in a cozy atmosphere.
STRAWBERRY SHAKE ALPE RONA
Just 20 minutes from the house, the Rona dairy awaits you with the best strawberry shake. For the little ones, there is a playground and a stream with a picnic area. On hot summer days or after a hike, you can cool off in the Kneipp station, 100 meters above the Alpe.

We are Vanessa and Florian with our children Constantin, Moritz and Frida-Liv. As experienced house swappers and VAN-Life lovers, we have already experienced many wonderful holidays and have been able to stay in a wide variety of homes. We have also welcomed many guests into our home. We are now incorporating these valuable experiences into our own holiday home, which we have dreamed of for a long time. Now the time has finally come and we can welcome you here in the Brandnertal to give you an unforgettable holiday in this magical place.
Our goal is to create a place where you feel completely comfortable and can enjoy the special atmosphere to the fullest.
